The purpose of collecting this information is to help you complete the functions of the RAEDIAN Wallbox registration and protect the security of your account. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use our services normally. You can also choose to fill in the username and other information according to your own needs.

 

1.2 During your use of RAEDIAN Wallbox services, in order to ensure the normal operation of the services, optimize the user experience and protect your account security, we will collect the basic information necessary for RAEDIAN Wallbox to provide services for you, including your device model, operating system, Unique Device Identifier, login IP address, RAEDIAN Wallbox version number, the method, type and status of network connection, network condition, device accelerators (such as gravity sensor), operation logs, service logs, and other information.

 

1.3 When you use the monitoring function, to allow you to see the complete monitoring data, we need to collect the SN of the wallbox and the SN. At the same time, our monitoring system will collect the uploaded data to complete the necessary data statistics and analysis functions.

 

1.4 When you add a wallbox, information will be uploaded and stored in our server so that you can use it when you log in to RAEDIAN Wallbox on other devices. You can also modify this information at any time.

 

1.5 When you make a call in the app, we will apply for phone permission. The purpose of applying for this permission is only to help you hoist the phone dial pad and display the phone number so that you can make phone calls in the APP, please rest assured, we will not obtain your phone number, call content, or make calls without your knowledge. If you refuse to authorize to provide, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the RAEDIAN Wallbox.

 

1.6 When you contact our customer service, we may require you to provide the necessary personal information for authentication to ensure the security of your account. To provide services according to your demands, after your authorization, the human customer service personnel need to query or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization. We will take technical and management measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information as much as possible and use this information within the necessary scope. We may also save your contact information, the record and content of your communication with us, and other necessary information to provide you with and record customer service.

 

1.7 According to the requirements of applicable laws, regulations, and standards, we may collect and use your personal information without seeking your consent if:

Welcome to RAEDIAN Applications! Since you are a registered user of our RAEDIAN Wallbox platform, we would like to let you know about our updated Service Agreement, which will take effect on February 8, 2023.

 

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. As part of our privacy practices, we emphasize that this Service agreement applies throughout your use of our platform.

 

In this Agreement, "RAEDIAN Wallbox" is referred to as "We", "our" and "Data Subject" is referred to as "you" and "yours".

 

1 SERVICE WE PROVIDED

 

1.1 Account registration service
We provide you with the service of account registration through email, through which you can have your own account.

 

1.2 Add wallboxs online
You can create your wallboxs online according to the PIN code of the device.

 

1.3 Data collection service
We can collect the wallbox data and send it to our server, which will process and store the data.

 

1.4 Big data statistical service
We collect the data through the big data system and finally realize the online state, remaining electric quantity, charging quantity, charging duration, and other data of your wallbox.

 

1.5 Data export service
You can export your charging device data in the Web system for your own further analysis.

 

1.6 Receive abnormal information service
You can set whether to receive alarm message and offline message, once your wallbox alarm or offline, we will send an email or SMS to your mailbox or mobile phone.

 

2 OUR DATA POLICY

 

2.1 Processing
In order to provide you with the above services, we shall process your personal data in the following ways, including: collection, recording, organization, construction, storage, modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, dissemination or other utilization, arrangement, combination, restriction, deletion, or destruction, whether by automated means or not.

 

2.2 Information provision
When we collect personal data from you, we provide you with the following information:

2.5.1 We will, in accordance with the requirements of the Act, promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions you can independently prevent and reduce the risk, and the remedial measures for you, etc. We will timely inform you of the relevant information of the event by email, letter, telephone, push notification and other means. 4.3 You agree that you will not engage in any behavior that may interfere with the normal operation of our system or do any behavior that we believe may damage the security of your personal information.

 

4.4 You know and agree that you have full capacity and authority to disclose or provide any personal data information to us. And you warrant that our use of such data information under the Service Agreement will not expose us to any claim, liability, or lawsuit.

 

4.5 You understand and agree that some of the data information you provide to us may be transferred, stored, or processed at our branch or equipment service agency covered by this Agreement. This may be different from your location, so this information may be subject to transfer to an overseas jurisdiction.

 

4.6 You understand and agree that the overseas transfer or processing of such information is necessary for the processing and management of your account and the provision of services to you, and you consent to us doing so. You further agree that we will process the information in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for your benefit and that you entrust us to transfer, store and process the data information to those countries and territories for the purpose of providing you with the services agreed upon in the Service Agreement.

 

4.7 You acknowledge and agree that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to delete, modify or reject any content you submit, post or display on our RAEDIAN Wallbox that we believe is illegal and violates the terms of this Agreement and may make us or Branch liable.

 

5 FORCE MAJEURE

 

Except as otherwise provided in the terms and conditions of the Services, in no event shall we be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption of the content or services, directly or indirectly, by an act of nature, force, or cause beyond our reasonable control. These factors include but are not limited to Internet failure, computer virus, network attack, remote or any other equipment failure, power failure, strike, Labor dispute, riot, rebellion, civil unrest, shortage of Labor or supplies, fire, flood, storm, explosion, the act of God, war, the action of government, order of a domestic or foreign court or tribunal or non-performance of any third party.

 

6 GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United State of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
